Sound Healing & Meditation Retreat

This retreat will feature an immersion of the Mrityunjaya Mantra, which Katie will be teaching and chanting throughout the weekend, in our group meditation sessions. 

The Mrityunjaya mantra restores health and happiness and brings calmness in the face of death. When courage or determination are blocked, it rises up to overcome obstacles. It awakens a healing force that reaches deep into the body and mind. 

Accom: private rooms, shared bathrooms. 

Menu : Vegetarian.

Katie guides her sessions using meditation, music, mantra and reiki -offering people a healthy way to relax, in a safe and inclusive space. She is a certified Meditation Teacher,  Sound Healing Therapist and  Member of Meditation Association Australia. 

Alicia Witkowski - Ayurvedic and Tantra Practitioner, Reiki Healer & Massage therapist

Alicia is passionate about helping women take control of their health and wellbeing.
